These Terms of Architecture ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrustBatch Systems Private Limited's compliance infrastructure, dashboard, APIs, and cryptographic QR generation nodes (collectively, the "Services"). By deploying our codes, you agree to these bounds.
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By registering for a TrustBatch account or deploying our generated QR codes onto your physical packaging, you represent that you are a legally authorized representative of the agricultural manufacturing entity you represent. You acknowledge that these Terms form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must halt initialization and desist from utilizing our QR vector generation tools immediately.
2. Provision of Services
TrustBatch provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to generate cryptographic URLs linked to compliance data. We guarantee the following:
- Node Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime for the public-facing verification pages scanned by end-users.
- Cryptographic Stability: Any QR code generated and printed during an active subscription term will possess an immutable URL that resolves permanently, regardless of future subscription status.
- Platform Updates: We reserve the right to upgrade, patch, or alter the Dashboard architecture without prior notice to maintain compliance with changing FCO/CIBRC regulations.
3. Manufacturer Obligations (Client Responsibility)
As the manufacturer utilizing the TrustBatch platform, you maintain absolute responsibility for the physical chemical product and the data attached to it.
- Data Accuracy: You agree that all compliance data inputted into TrustBatch (including FCO Gazette Numbers, CIBRC Toxicity classes, Batch IDs, and Expiry Dates) is 100% accurate and legally valid. TrustBatch acts purely as a digital conduit; we do not independently laboratory-test your physical chemicals.
- Misrepresentation: Any attempt to use TrustBatch to verify counterfeit products, illicit chemicals, or expired inventory is a material breach of these terms.
- Account Security: You are responsible for securing your administrative dashboard credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your generation nodes.
4. Payment & Node Billing
TrustBatch operates on a prepaid cycle optimized for Indian corporate frameworks.
- Accepted Nodes: We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and cleared corporate Cheques.
- GST Invoicing: All subscription fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. A valid GSTIN must be provided during onboarding to receive compliant B2B tax invoices. Invoices are dispatched automatically upon payment reconciliation.
- Overage Protocols: If your monthly scan velocity exceeds your tier limit, we will not block farmer scans. Instead, overage charges will be calculated and appended to your next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
The TrustBatch platform, its underlying code, cryptography algorithms, and "Agri-Cyber" UI/UX are the exclusive intellectual property of TrustBatch Systems Pvt. Ltd.
Your Branding: You retain full ownership of all logos, brand names, and product names uploaded to the platform. By utilizing our Professional or Enterprise tiers, you grant us a limited license to render your branding exclusively on your specific end-user verification pages.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustBatch is a software infrastructure provider. We are not liable for the agricultural efficacy, safety, or physical distribution of the products bearing our QR codes.
- In no event shall TrustBatch be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from crop failure, regulatory fines levied against your entity, or supply chain disruptions.
- Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you to TrustBatch in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. System Termination
You may terminate your administrative account at any time. Upon termination or non-payment, backend dashboard access and live telemetry tracking will be suspended.
However, out of obligation to the end-consumer (the farmer), any previously printed cryptographic QR codes currently in physical circulation will fall back to a "Basic Verification State," indicating the product's origin but ceasing active tracking capabilities.
