We observed Indian agricultural manufacturers losing sleep over counterfeit products and rejected FCO compliance documents. Field inspectors were rejecting paper records, and brands were losing millions to fake fertilizers.
What We Built First
The Regulatory Protocol
Instead of a generic QR code generator, we architected a compliance engine. We hardcoded CIBRC toxicity classes and Schedule VI fields directly into the database schema, creating a system that speaks the inspector's language.
